POLICIES
Smoking: Permitted on porches and outside only.
Pets: We cannot accommodate pets.
Children over 10 are welcome, for small children please call first. We will make every possible arrangement to accommodate families.
Guarantee Policy: A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the small number of rooms we have, cancellations and shortened stays can affect us greatly.
Reservations shortened or cancelled 10 days or fewer prior to arrival will be responsible for the first night and any additional nights if we are unable to re-book the room. We will issue a 20% certificate toward one night of a future stay. No charge will be made if we are able to re-rent the room. No refunds for early departures.
